Tooth Extraction

Whilst it is always preferable to keep your teeth sometimes it is inevitable for the following reasons

  • damage or injury
  • advanced tooth decay
  • infection
  • it has become impacted
  • advanced gum disease

If a tooth cannot be saved or is causing disruption or damage to other teeth then it must be removed. Mostly this is a simple procedure that can be done in the dentist chair under a local anesthesia.
